Kronos Homes, la marca de promoción residencial de Kronos Real Estate Group, ha comenzado las obras del residencial Capri en Estepona (Málaga). Se trata de un proyecto de 176 viviendas que supone una inversión de 60 millones de euros y que destaca por su ubicación entre el mar y la montaña con unas espectaculares vistas panorámicas.

Rui Meneses Ferreira, CEO de Kronos Homes, explica: “Nuestro compromiso con la Costa del Sol está más presente que nunca. Queremos marcar la diferencia en la región a través de una arquitectura singular, sostenible y plenamente integrada en el entorno. Hemos concebido Capri junto con Oscar Puga, del estudio de Arquitectura malagueño Tau 2000 con el que reafirmamos nuestra apuesta por el talento local. De su visión, nacen unas viviendas de diseño vanguardista que se fundirán con el paisaje y que, gracias a su elevación, supondrán una atalaya privilegiada desde la que observar el paisaje. Sin duda, unas viviendas únicas”.

En este sentido, el estudio de arquitectura Tau 2000 aplica en Capri su habitual enfoque de absoluta integración paisajística y cuidado por el medio ambiente, pero sin renunciar a aplicar elementos de singularidad arquitectónica, como son sus líneas suaves que conforman una simbiosis entre los edificios de viviendas y sus jardines. También la sostenibilidad constituye un factor clave, ya que contará con la calificación BREEAM, que garantiza un menor impacto medioambiental y unos mayores ahorros en consumo y mantenimiento que se traducirán en bienestar para los propietarios.

Las viviendas tendrán opciones de 2 y 3 dormitorios con grandes terrazas entre las que se incluirán áticos y bajos con jardín. Además, contarán con unas amplias zonas comunes que comprenderán zonas ajardinadas, piscinas comunitarias diferenciadas para adultos y niños, área de coworking, spa con zona de hidromasaje, baño turco, sauna y un gimnasio con aparatos de última generación.

Capri forma parte de la gran apuesta de Kronos Homes por la región de la Costa del Sol: con promociones tan emblemáticas como La Finca en Sotogrande o The Edge en la propia Estepona, ambas del prestigioso arquitecto Rafael de La-Hoz. En este 2024 la compañía comercializará más de 500 viviendas con las promociones Ipanema, Bahía (Cala de Mijas), One Oak, (Torremolinos), Eden (Lagunas de Mijas) y Oasis 325. Todas ellas consolidan la visión de Kronos Homes para desarrollar unas viviendas únicas, sostenibles y que en todos estos casos sacan el mayor partido de la luz que brinda el mar Mediterráneo.
